The building consists of a steel frame structure with insulated roof and wall cladding panels and includes loading bay dock levellers, a new concrete access road and storage yard and tarmacadam car park. Roller shutter doors allow deliveries via large vehicles.
The external areas cover a further area of 29,000 ft2 and these are landscaped and fenced around the whole site.
There are offices on ground and 1st floors with both stair and lift access.
The offices are heated via 2 Air Source Heat Pumps and there is full data, CCTV, Fire and Intruder alarms included within the electrical installations.
