Short Constructed completed in the first quarter of 2021 a prestigious luxury apartment scheme for local developer Prestbury Estates . “Windswood” was a new build concrete frame structure clad with brickwork , natural stone and glass to produce a building which contains a basement level parking area and four huge apartments in a shell totalling over 21,000ft2 .

All of the apartments took up a complete floor level providing substantial levels of internal accommodation with magnificent views from all 4 elevations . The level of finish in every area of the building was to the highest standard and this has helped our client to achieve record sales values .

The Short Construction team delivered this scheme successfully on a very tight site and in the middle of the pandemic and this is a credit to the perseverance and determination of all our staff members .
