The refurbishment of Barchester’s Arbour Court care home was a fast-paced and highly sensitive project, delivered by Short Construction in just 12 weeks. Carried out in three carefully planned phases, the works involved extensive structural upgrades, all while the home remained fully operational and residents continued to live on-site.
