What We Do

Short Construction Ltd are mostly known
for being a residential contractor ,
generally our schemes are larger
extension / full  property re-models or
new build schemes which can be single homes
or multiple unit schemes for property developers .

Our core residential business is still the
one-off new build for private clients ,
but over the last 3 or 4 years we have forged
relationships with a small number of
local high quality developers to construct
bespoke schemes in the South Manchester area
on a repeat basis and this has been not only
successful for our business but for our clients
who now have a contractor who will work with them
to help deliver their schemes on time and on budget .

We also carry out non – residential schemes
as a traditional main contractor
as well and these can be a variety of projects , from :

• Nursing homes
• Mill conversions
• Office & Commercial buildings
• Retail premises
• Kids nurseries
• Transport depot’s
• Health Care

Whether it be a residential project or not , we have
a team of experts on hand to deliver your scheme.
On all our sites we will :

and presentable at all times
(image and safety is very important to us)
