A bespoke laboratory facility delivered for global coatings manufacturer Beckers Group.
Designed to support the development of next-generation sustainable coil coatings, the building integrates advanced environmental technologies and bespoke construction features.
Key innovations include Beckers’ own thermal-control roof coating to reduce heating demand, an active carbon filtration system on the VOC exhaust chimney, and heat pumps to lower CO₂ emissions. The facility features a steel frame on a raft slab, polished concrete floors, bespoke cladding finished with Beckers’ innovative paint, and state-of-the-art lab equipment.
