Heritage Led Residential Transformation

At Fulwood Park, Short Construction delivered a high-end residential project within a designated conservation area, expertly balancing heritage preservation with contemporary design.

The development included a two-part single-storey side extension with a Juliette balcony and integrated PV panels, a glazed first-floor link to the existing coach house, and external enhancements including dormer windows. A bespoke leisure suite featuring a green roof, swimming pool, gym and sauna was also constructed, all designed to complement the property’s original character.

Structural works including steelwork, masonry, and intermediate floor installation were completed with precision, creating new internal spaces that integrate seamlessly with the existing architecture.
