Industrial Facility with Integrated Offices
This high-spec 22000ft2 industrial facility was designed to support logistics and operational efficiency for this fabricated metal specialist.
The building features a steel frame structure with insulated roof and wall cladding panels, loading bay dock levellers, roller shutter doors for large vehicle access, and a newly constructed concrete access road, storage yard and car park.
Inside, the facility includes ground and first-floor office spaces with both stair and lift access. This project reflects Short Construction’s capability in delivering complex, multi-functional buildings with precision and attention to detail.
