This is a high-end and luxurious bespoke one-off building project that includes a leisure suite with a large pool, steam room, massage room, monsoon shower, and full changing rooms.
The main house has five bedrooms with en-suites, a double garage, a music room basement, and a snug above the garage.

The project also includes extensive landscaping that incorporates a gardener’s store/garage and a greenhouse built to national trust standards. The project was challenging due to the complexities of the design, which incorporates stone features, Glulam’s, steel frame, traditional brick/block work, render and traditional sprocket roof incorporating a flat roof, this all required specialized skills and techniques.

To overcome these challenges, a skilled and experienced team of professionals would need to carefully plan and execute the build, working closely with the client to meet their vision and requirements while maintaining the integrity of the design. The use of advanced building technologies and materials would also be necessary to ensure the project’s success and minimize construction time and costs.
